  1. Carefully read the TeleDynamics Batch Upload Guide before submitting your first batch order
  2. Download our template to use for creating your batch orders.
  3. Carefully review the imported orders. TeleDynamics is not responsible for improperly entered orders.
  4. Orders are processed automatically once confirmed. Call your sales rep immediately if order modifications are required. Changes may not be made after orders are submitted to our warehouse.

Note:

  • Item pricing and freight amount will be displayed prior to orderconfirmation.
  • You may order up to your TeleDynamics credit limit.

Avoid creating duplicate orders

Always create a new batch order file every time you upload — do NOT add order lines to a previously uploaded file. Our process is not designed to identify duplicate orders.

The only time you should upload the same file more than once is when the upload fails and you have to correct errors to re-upload the entire original file. TeleDynamics shall not be responsible for any duplicate orders.
