To become a TeleDynamics dealer, we require the following information: (This will be in an email form that should be submitted to info@teledynamics.com with the following fields:)

Resale Information
If your company is based in the state of Texas you must also complete the Texas Resale Certificate Form. If your company is located outside of the state of Texas and shipping to multiple locations, complete the Multi-Jurisdiction Form. Please mail or fax the appropriate form to 1-800-847-5675.
Credit Services
All customers are required to fill out a Credit Application, including original signature and credit card information, regardless of desired terms.
Based on the requested terms, please allow 1-3 weeks to process your credit application (including reference checks).
TeleDynamics offers payment terms such as Net 30 Open Account, COD Company Check, COD Cashier’s Check/Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Net 30 Open Account terms are only available to customers located in the United States.
